My friends, I am so excited to return to where it all began: My New Roots!🥳 I’ve been pouring all of my time, energy, and love into Grow, my membership site, and my retreat business @goldencircleretreats for the past couple of years, and although I’ll enthusiastically continue those projects, I’m also looking forward to blogging again🤗What started in 2007 as a fun way for me to share recipes and learnings from my holistic nutrition education, blossomed into a multifaceted career of dreams! I certainly never anticipated running a business - let alone several simultaneously - and although it’s endlessly challenging, it’s also a delight to figure it all out. I am so grateful for your love and support throughout!💗The My New Roots blog was the original place to share my greatest inspirations and insights on health and wellbeing, while gleefully obsessing over ingredients, flavours, and cooking techniques to best support our bodies’ needs and vitality. And although I took a little time to focus on other aspects of my work, nothing has changed!
